I don't usually write reviews, bit my recent experience with Best Roofing and Exteriors was exceptional to the point that I have to. Tim knocked on my door and let me know he was working with my neighbor, and that we had wind damage on our roof and that he would handle our claim for us and get our insurance company to pay for the replacement. We filed the claim and he met with our adjuster and got our roof replacement approved. The construction project was done within two weeks after we got our check, the crew was amazing, and the fished product is beautiful. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone. We will definitely use them again.

Bobby was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our initial phone conversation was about putting on a roof for my mothers home during which he was very friendly and personable. He went to her home the next morning to take a look and to give an estimate. He arrived earlier than even I did which was a pleasant surprise. The estimate was much lower than I expected and our insurance covered it which I didn't think it would...but he said they would cover it... and they did!!! It took about 2 weeks to get everything in line with the insurance and then the crew had the roof done in just a few short days! My mother couldn't have been happier with the crew that did the roof and the outcome! The crew was very professional, always working when I drove by the house to see how things were going, and did awesome cleaning up after finishing the job! I need some siding done on my own home soon and I know for sure that I will go with Best Roofing and Exteriors! What a great experience.... Thank you Bobby! Great Job!!!

We had an excellent experience with TIm Donley and Best Roofing! He walked us thru the entire insurance process and even met with our claims adjuster to look at the hail damage on our roof in Wildwood, Missouri. Because of his diligence, we had a new roof on our house within 3 weeks of submitting our claim. The crew was courteous and did a great job with clean up. Overall a great experience.

Tim Donley was fantastic to work with. He worked with our insurance company with us from claim, appraisal, to getting the roof done! We even had him put a patio roof over our front patio that looks like it was there when the house was built, exactly what we are going for.
